You do not know anything we are talking about I guess. That statement is true. Argue with my professors if you want to.
You never mention the 3 things I was focused on. READ THIS This in turn leads to a lower resting heart rate, lower blood pressure, and increased resting or basal metabolic rate.
Or do you just cut and paste like a monkey. FU you jerk! You do not know anything.

At least you two are fun to watch. The baseline I go by is what my doctor told me, and that is that it takes about 60 Calories per hour just to live and maintain body temperature, heart pumping, and breathing with the chest lung muscles. Beyond that I will just watch. Bill Baka

Bill my BMR says I need 1300 calories just to stay alive doing nothing. With regular moderate activity it is 1800. So by far surviving period is using the most. I know a few websites that try to tell you your BMR, BMI but they always state their limitations like leaness is not counted which would be important.

Yeah, It does depend a bit on how big you are, but 1300-1500 per day just sitting around is about average. Even that could vary if you like to sit with an electric warmer on your legs to cheat wasting body heat, so it can be more or less. I eat, I live, I ride. Bill Baka
