  1. Cycling Equipment does not seem to fit what this board is about. Equipment i think would be more the peripherals, like pumps, lights, seats, & so on. Cycling Mechanics would seem to cover more of the topics here, like frames, frame materials, wheels, cranksets, etc.

    Thoughts?

    It could be split up (e.g. what versus how), but:
    To me, "Cycling Mechanics" implies maintenance and repair advice, tips and techniques; while "Cycling Equipment" conjurs up buying advice and specification of physical objects: frames, wheels, drivetrain, clothing, lighting, etc.

  4. It's just an organising thing. Obviously if nobody cares, that's that.
