If so is there any types/brands you suggest.

    Hi PK-Plonker.
I don't know if this has already been suggested (I'm in a rush) but I
popped two normal 20" inner tubes for bikes in my trials unicycle in a
    month. Thanks Halfords 🙄.

£2.50 later I bought the 19" trials inner tube from Unicycle.uk.com and
it's been great since -I've had it for yonks. It definately seems that
if you're doing anything that puts any kind of pressure on a trials
tyre you definately need a trials tube, normal 20" bike tubes just wave
    white flags.

    Hope this helps.

  5. And, for the patches, be sure you're using the glue on kind. The self
    adhesive ones are only temporary...
