I think you want your Spacegrip to be. Depending on how you put it
together, it'll angle towards or away from you.
Are you certain? I've always been *terrible* at spatial ability,
especially the rotating/reflecting stuff I had to do when I used to take
IQ tests, but it doesn't look as if it will. Rather than my iffy verbal
ability, here's some bad ASCII art: -

This is a side elevation of the front der post \#\ on the trike: the
Minoura I have is attached to it and sticking forward at a right angle
[erm, subject to the limitations of ASCII art]; the bar extension itself
is horizontal, so we just get an end view of the bar. (I've drawn a
little Cateye light on it.)

In the illustration above I've rotated the Spacegrip 90 degrees, such
that the bar extension is aligned vertically rather than horizontally,
and it necessarily ends up at the same angle as the front der post.
What I need is this: -

another side view, showing that the binding bit is still necessarily at
right angles to the front der post, but the bar extension bit is
perpendicular to the ground. The bog-standard Spacegrip won't do it,
and I don't *think* the Swing Grip will do it either; the Topeak looks
as if it might.
