  1. Hi,
    My new GT does not let me power ride the same as my Trek 4100. What I mean
    is I could go harder but there are no higher gears. Trek was heavier
    though. Is there anything else to consider. It is a 24 speed?
    Not really important for what I do though. Smaller rear gear the only
    answer I bet.

    OK, I'll bite:

    * What size wheels does the GT have?
    * How many teeth are on the large Chainring?
    *How many teeth are on the smallest cog?
    * At what speed are you spinning out?
