I belive the Sigma line uses an O ring to secure the head. Others are sure to follow Tom

I use the Vetta V100HR with hugely oversized Synapsi bar (atleast 50mm). They use small gauge
wireties rather than rubber. The advantage is you can snug it up nice, and it won't go anywhere.
Additionally there is no drying out of the rubber.--
