  1. Hey how is everybody doing?

Ok here is the scenario: Im 22 years old, when I was about 16 y trained with a local cycling team in the local velodrome, for about 6 months, towards the end I must say that my physical condition improved a lot. Anyways I have decided to start over, I must add that my current physical condition is very lousy. So my question is, I remember that in the beginning one of the firts routines that I was told to do was to ride 10-15km at a constant speed of 20-25kph, and so for about 2 to 3 weeks? Is this right? And if it isnt what advice can you give me?
As I understand the "constant speed" theory is right, but are the numbers?

thanks a lot for your time
    Leo

  2. ride your own pace, others do.
