  1. Hi all, am in the market for new pedals... right now I'm on "older" model Looks and need a change. I'm using Shimano shoes and will stick to those for at least one other year. I some times suffer from ITB, so I need a pedal which is easy on the knees... I had SpeedPlay in mind (the Zero model) for it's ability to adjust the float... Please give me some feedback...

    Thanks

  2. ROCKET if you go Speedplay Zero you will never go back to a regular pedal. I LOVE these pedals and they work tremendously well. One thing I like about them is that you can fine tune your heel movement in and out, but also the dual side entry is a great feature in traffic. Good luck with them. I think you'll be pleased with your purchase. 🙂

  3. +1 on the Speedplays. The float is resistance free as opposed to the other major players so it is soooooo nice on the knees.
