PMC and changing FTP

  1. When I update FTP it changes all the TSS scores backward - this reduces CTL on PMC currently.

    The issue I have with this is that the previous TSS scores were correct at that time due to the fact that the FTP was lower at that point and so the TSS higher.

    This effectively reduces current CTL.

    Surely the TSS should only be affected forward of the date of the change ?

    When you want to change your FTP, go to the box on the athletes screen. <Options/New Zone> You now can enter the date that you want to start the new FTP. I believe that it will only affect data from that date forward.

    I think you also have to go into the menu and re-choose a Power Zone type to update the zones with the new FTP.
