I'm planning a tour next spring, and I need a really good website that goes into detail about weather history in verious parts of the world. Ideally 'm looking for something that will show windspeed as well as direction for any given area at a given time, as well as all the usuals such as rain, temp etc.
ANyone know of any?

I live in the UK, but my friends ad I are looking to go Somewhere in Europe. It'll be early April. We were thinking maybe Flanders, but then "the hell of the north" springs to mind, which makes me think the weather might not be to cleamant.
So then we were thinking the Costa Brava. But also Germany.
April, a tricky month.
