hmmm... i learned them rolling(slowly) to static
it just takes practice, start by learning 90s and go gradually until you can nail it

just stop, lean ur body to watever side u twist, then jump and twist. i learned them after 3 days of first riding a uni

I practised straight rolling hops and 180 twist seperately, then just started trying to put them together. I agree with trying just to go to 90 at first, that way you get used to the idea of hopping and twisting, but without the complication of landing backwards.
