Last Friday I started a thread about Magdalen Road in Norwich being
turned into an urban racetrack at weekends. Four hours later a sixteen
year old girl is killed when a car smashes into her. The driver ran
away and was later arrested. He's seventeen.

I don't think so, she was standing on the pavement with a group of
friends. Making the roads safer with more automatic vigilance is of
interest to cyclists, perhaps, apologies if not.
