I am looking at changing my frame but keeping most of everything else,
should I use a new headset and bb or extract those out ?
The clamps etc are the same size on the new frame.

The clamps etc are the same size on the new frame.Depends what type of headset. By all means extract your BB.
If you headset has press in cartridge bearings which just slot into the frame with no cups (FSA Orbit), then by all means, re use it. I am not sure about others with press in cups like Chris King.

I recently bought a couple of framesets with the BB and HS fitted. Its nice to be able to buy something that requires less work, the new owner of your old frameset may appreciate the fitted parts. 😉
