Riding to work this morning I came upon a man walking his black and
white mutt.
Dog went crazy barking, growling and gnashing its teeth trying to get
at me.
Fortunately it was on a lead and the man held on tight.
Why was the dog so upset to see me?
Small dogs have an inferiority complex, making them bad-tempered.

Watching 'The Dog Whisperer', I'm appalled at some of the dog walker
mentality.

Many examples of big, crazy dog on a leash, dragging small females around
the neighborhood trying to get loose and literally kill other dogs and/or
passersby. She says "I'm so worried he's going to get away and bite
someone'. Well, duh, no kidding, lady.
She has NO business walking this dog anywhere but in a fenced in area,
(though dogs need walking) given her almost total lack of control. At least
it should have a robust muzzle. Even then, darting across the street,
causing cars and cyclists to swerve...mayhem waiting to happen.
Fortunately Cesar corrected things...
Dog walkers think they have a right to walk their dogs, no matter how
dangerous, no matter how little control. They just don't think, or they
don't care. The first word out of their mouths is often 'he's never bitten
anyone before' (usually a lie)
