had a big crash today, tried to bunnyhop a wet root but as i jumped my hand slipped off and i turned 90 degrees in mid air, landed sideway got thrown off the bike and smashed the back of my head on a tree stump broke my helmet clean in half and spent 4 hours in A&E strapped to a bed with a collar thing on and had to have my head and spine xrayed it turns out that i have whiplash. so anybody riding without a helmet get one now. it probably saved my life today.

it was during mtn biking and the bikes fine but i was worried because its carbon my first thought was oh my god its plastic it would have snapped. neck is very stiff and sore today. no riding for a few days i think.
