Probably the same number of times you need to unsub from the Parker
International mailing list (which I don't recall asking to be included
on in the first place). Since I have yet to become unsubbed from said
list, I can't yet tell you a precise number.

I'd probably report the [censored], but I want to be able to continue
being a customer...

emails, either.

[1] Technically it's multipart/whatever, but with a useless text/plain

Don't bother with the including an email address, if they're
incompetent spammers, make them do the matching of name to email
address themselves, when they fail to even bother, make a proper
complaint to the data protection commissioner and hopefully in time
they'll get a fine, at the very least make them spend significant
sorting out problems, don't make it easy for them.

The only way to fight spam is to transfer costs onto the sender.

I there, in answering how many times must you unsubcribe for it to to
take effect the answer is one i learned. However, you must be clear
what you are unsubscribing from. For example, unsubscring from junk
mail will not unsubscibe you from newsnet becuase this is a publication
and unsubscribing from newsnet will not unsubscribe you from emarketing
becuase one is a service and one is sales. If you want to unsucribe
from reciving, newsnet, emarketing, junk mail, letters etc you specify
wich one but do not expect it to cancell them all, becuase some people
like some but hate other aperently.

Before anyone else replies the above sent via email appears to have
worked. I received a reply to the effect that I was unsubbed from all
except newsnet.

Are you suggesting the Information Commisioner doesn't care about use
of data that he requires registration for?
