Is there a one way system operating on these Please?
We noticed the signs all seamed to be one directional and as they are
narrow there's not much passing room if anyone's going quick.

is 'one way', simply because two riders meeting at any speed would be very
dangerous. Obviously, this one-way-ness isn't legally enforceable (at
least in Scotland) but you'd still be absolutely crazy to go the wrong way
up a 'red' or 'black' grade route.--
