Question: what tire do you like for natural trials?

    - Maxxis CC
    - Tryall Sticky
    - Luna
    - other
    - I want to vote in this thread but don't know anything about trials
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

yea, I've been using my CC for a while now and really like it, but the
tryall sticky looks really nice for natural trials, and then the monty
2.7" tire looks really nice and big and it sais it's soft rubber like
the CC. I want a grippy tire as much as or more than the CC, and
    bouncy.

so yeah, what does everyone who does natural trials or plain normal
    trials like?

ps. I hate the luna, so don't say that I should get that please.

  5. I love my CC!!!

Even though most of the knobs have been worn down, it still has plenty
of life and grip left. During any weather, from below freezing, to
100s, it has never failed me.

There are plenty of time the tire has saved me form how well it sticks
to what I am jumping on. Barely landing on a edge and having the tire
grip so well, has saved me form a lot of wrecks, and allowed me to land
on some really odd obstacle, where some other tire may not be able to
    grip to enough.

I don't know, but everytime I try one it seems really ongrippy and less
nice to use than my CC. I've heard it lasts longer though.

  9. The luna is very slippery because it is harder rubber, both the try-all
and cc have softer rubber. I voted for the try-all though because the
tread pattern is a bit more agressive. Although the CC has more tread
over the tire, the try-all is much sharper and digs in more whereas the
cc has to be at a very very low pressure to really conform to uneven
areas. This would help alot on things such as angled rocks and thing
that have moss and such on them. I still love my luna and its super
sidewalls but for natural tryalls go for the TRY-ALL.

  11. Honestly, I have only heard bad things about the TRY-ALL. I personnally
would try the Monty, It has a new design for this year and its ment to
    be great.

  12. I've only tried the Luna and the Maxxis, and I really like the Maxxis
    for trials.

I would say try the Monty so you can at least use a tire that not very
many people have tried, and then tell us how it is!

Yeah, do that then next time I see you I can play on it! I will have to
pump it up first though since you run your tires at like 4
    psi.🙄

  15. Well I have had a good deal of experience in the maxxis, the Luna, and
the Try all. I dont lie hte Maxxis much at all, it seems to fold alot
on me, the only way to get it to stop is to put a gay butt load of air
in there, and I dont like hard tires for trials. The Luna is GREAT for
street. But trials, as it was said earlier has a harder rubber, so good
for street and doenst wear fast, but not as grippy. TheTry all is a
softer rubber tire with a very "agressive" thread patterrn, if you are
looking for grip in natural trials or just grip in anyhting, Try all is
the way to go. I have noticed a big diference over it and the maxxis in
grip, the luna cant even compete with grip, but I still like it over
the maxxis but that because I do alot of street too...But my pic for
what you want dude is the Try all...
