Out for my lunchtime constitutional today in the heart of Edinburgh only to find it was awash with 4 dibbles on bikes (by the Sainsbury's on St. Andrew's Square). All using service issue machines (Specialized - did not note model) and with matching h*, fluorescent bibs and shorts. The effect of the shorts was rather spoilt with one occifer having saltire and thistle tattooed on his lower leg.
