i was wondering what needs to be done to remove a fork and replace it with another. im looking for a new fork for downhill and i found one...can i take this fork on a regular trail too without too much bobbing or does the bobbing come from rear shocks. also if it does cause too much bobbing to go uphill is it easy to switch out forks for the kind of riding you do. like if i were to go freeriding would i just be able to pop on the 170 and go and if i wanted to go on the trail the next day would i just be able to take off the 170 and pop on the 120.
any help would be appreciated.

nevermind i took apart my bike today and figured it out.
