A request, explicitly stated as being under the act, requesting a list of the roads from which cycling is not banned by a TRO on which WMP would consider cycling to be inconsiderate due to the presence of an alternative route, and the assessment method used to make that recommendation, would be perfectly in order and have to be responded to within 21 days, irrespective of whether a particular member of staff is on holiday.
