Just google Bianchi 928 carbon and see what comes up, I got a bunch of hits. If someone has a complete bike for sale, you can always ask them if they're willing to strip it and sell you the frame. Ebay is always another option.

always try e-bay, I found a great deal there

True about Ebay, especially on sales from LBS that have closeouts on Ebay. I picked up a closeout 2005 Look 555 from an LBS, new in box with full warranty for $1,250 retail for the frame was $2,199.
