I want to buy my husband rollers for his bday, but I'm not sure which ones to get. I know he wants
Kreitlers. But there are 3 sizes to choose from,
4.5, 3, and 2 inch. He weighs about 160 and has not used rollers before.

KathThe bigger the rollers are the easier they are to ride on. Nothing to do with weight everything to do with skill. He should be happy with the big ones, 2" is REALLY small (=really difficult). Other factor influencing the cost is the material - plastic is cheaper and may wear out sooner (but probably not), aluminum is more expensive and I think all Kreitlers are aluminum rollers.
Summary - get the 4.5" ones. You're a good wife to get hubby such a great gift!
