    I don't think these are "official" terms but I have heard
    them used as follows:

    1) friction bearing - a sleeve type bearing where a shaft
    rotates or slides inside a stationary hollow cylindrical
    bearing.

    2) Non-friction bearing - a "rolling element" bearing
    containing balls or rollers which typically produce lower
    friction than a sleeve bearing (but not zero friction).

    Personally, I usually rebuild my hubs with grade 25 ball bearings and
    be done with it. Grade 25 ball bearings are "equivalent" to the type of
    bbs used in Campagnolo and/or Dura Ace hubs. Any difference in friction
    is probably not noticeable.

    I say use good grease and RIDE!

    I tried to find some thing from other proples and i find That,

    1) friction bearing - a sleeve type bearing where a shaft
    rotates or slides inside a stationary hollow cylindrical
    bearing.

    2) Anti-friction bearing - a "rolling element" bearing
    containing balls or rollers which typically produce lower
    friction than a sleeve bearing (but not zero friction).

    Maybe this is usefull for you.
