  3. I learned a long time ago, at least a year maybe, and I learned by
holding onto a rail and started rocking back and forth, now I can do it
with both feet or go 5 revs forward, 5 back, 5 forwards, ect..

To me it feels like my body stay in one spot while the uni moves back
    and forth.

I also learned 1 foot idling by just messing around, cause I though it
would be hard, I just put my foot up on the frame and did it my first
    try.

  5. I learned about a month ago. It feels kinda like a pendulum motion. My
head is not moving at all, but my waist is moving very slightly back
and fourth. I can really see it when i'm lookin at my own shadow and my
head will stay in the same exact place. I stand up when I idle though
it seems to take much less energy than sitting.

  6. i learned that long ago, now they seem like second nature to me.. i
could do them sucky when i first learned to ride, then i moved on to
trying to ride back wards, then i went back to idleing and it was soo
easy after... and dont use rails or anyting to hold you up.. just go to
the middle of the street and do it. dont be scared of falling cuz
    falling off idleing dosent hurt...

  9. I learned by first holding onto something to get the motion and then
just doing it. You want to keep your body straight above the wheel and
move the wheel around beneath you. It will probally take some time but
keep challenging yourself. Start saying you will do five revs, then go
to 6, 7, and away you go!

  10. ok, I'm in the process of learning, and two hints I can give you.

    1. You stay in the same place...move the unicycle back and forth.

    2. This may sound kind of weird, but what you're doing is basically
humping the unicycle...you just move your hips back and forth, and let
your feet do the work. Doesthat make sense?
