Not so much for swimming, but it is a very effective way to strengthen legs and butt. I've been
using them for several years, and at age 53, my legs are stronger than they have ever been, even as
a young man.martin

muscles used in walking (as well as your aerobic capacity, which will help but not your legs), and
altho there is some crossover, you probably want to work the swim motion more directly, engaging
