  1. Has anyone had experience with Giant broken carbon frames? Warranty issues? Accident this time. Has anyone been refunded or got a new frame/

So you had an accident, and your Giant frame broke? Why don't you call Giant.

  3. I didn't crash my TCR Zero per se, but I did hit a big pothole hard enough to knock the whole front end loose (headset, fork, stem...) and destroy both front and rear Ksyrium SLs. I was worried about the frame and fork, so I sent them back to Giant. They were under absolutely no obligation to do anything, as just about every company rightfully excludes crash damage from warranty coverage. Even though they said there was no evendence of a break, they noted some sort of suspicious "notching" in the headtube, so they replaced both frame and fork free of charge. Pretty cool in my book.
