  1. World Anti-Doping Agency chief [censored] Pound is reported in today's Age as
saying "the guys who came second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth at last
year's (TdF) have been busted in the (Spanish investigation), and now the
winner of this year's event is busted in the race itself." That Lance
Armstrong must've been damn good to beat all those drug cheats every time
    for seven consecutive years!

You beat me to it. Nominative determinism.

I'm certainly guilty of that, although in the case of Lance I'm not
    wondering anymore

Lost weight, especially upper body; trained like a man possessed; recruited a team of potential tour winners and concentrated on the one race in the season that counts.

Easy really. Its amazing noone else ever thought of it!

Doesn't that put Cadel second, last year? Sort of...

Yeah, but you can tell from his voice that he was doping helium.
Get's him over the mountain stages easier.

My understanding is they were busted subsequently to last year's TdF ie they
are part of the Spanish investigation. I think [censored] Pound was just saying
that they're now known users. Of course, it invites the suspicion that they
might have been using during the 05 TdF, but none of us would believe that
    could be true

AMERICAN Justin Gatlin, the world and Olympic 100 metres champion and co-holder of the world record, is facing a lifetime ban after revealing today (AEST) he tested positive for "testosterone or its precursors" in April

    Hmmmm🙄

  12. I wonder if [censored] Pound believes there is anyone is sport who is not in the
    juice.

He always seems to making accusing comments before there is anything much to
    back it up.

I like that as a theory. It explains so much 😉
