You are obviously new to the board -- I am a short time poster but a long time lurker. Flyer is/was a long-term poster on this board and I believe also the daily peloton board who was not shy in stating his view that there was a lot of drug use going on in the pro peloton. He has not posted for a long period of time -- I think he was banned from the daily peloton board. However, I think lim or jhuskey might be better in filling in the details. If this poster really is flyer he has every right to say "I told you so".

I noted that also. He said tour winners were protected,more or less. Obviously less now.
