Hey Bill, this has nothing to do with presumptions of innocence. It's about

Actually I couldn't care less if he was on something or not since I
suspect everybody else was. I tend to share Benjo's opinion on doping
tests and people like [censored] doing more damage than doping itself does.
However I never pass up an opportunity to rag on fatty masters which I
gather is one of the chief functions of rbr.
