Don't get me wrong, it's not (of course) that we have too many bikes; I mean, that would be a contradiction in terms. We do have too little floor space in the garage, though. At least two of the spare bikes will have to go up the wall.
I'm wondering about one of those wall-mounted things with a couple of arms that will sit under a crossbar, in particular one that claims to carry two bikes, head to tail. The catch is that one of the spares will turn out to have a ladies' frame: does anyone know whether a bike with a steeply sloping "crossbar" will sit comfortably on one of these racks?

My steeply framed MTB fits OK, but my rack is home-made, so it should! Depending on which stand you buy, it might be possible to modify it or even have assembly options.
