Colnago Super Decals

I picked up some NOS decals for a Colnago super from my local LBS. I am unsure of how to put them on my frame. Are they rub-on? waterslide? varnish fixed? The LBS didnt know either. Anyone who can shed some light for me? Wondering if they will need to be clear coated. Looks like they are from a mid-late 80's super. Jason
