I basicaly want a bike to get around the city, maybe a bit of off-track stuff, but nothing hardcore for now.

im a poor student so iv set my max at bout 200 nz dollars (130 US?)
I know i cant expect much with that sorta cash, but any tips as too whether this is a worthwhile deal for me?
If you dont have a lot to spend dont buy one of those cheap full suspension bikes as the suspension is next to useless & just weighs the bike down, hunting around for a second hand entry level hardtail model of a year or so old from a reputable bike make like GT, Giant, Specialized etc would be the best idea if at all possible.
