    The Spanish-, French and Italian cycling federations declared that the pro tour failed: radsportnews.netprotourgt5.shtml

    Somehow the powerstruglle is in a new round. Mqcuaid said today that the UCI decides who is in the pro tour and who isn't and much more fights behind the curtains about the code of conduct and the suspension of the 58 Puerto riders....

    He was interviewed on eurosport, he came across a bit arrogant.
