Is this merely PR posturing? Why are Ullrich and his attorneys
appealing to the Guardia Civil (== authorities?) when they've not
charged him? AFAIK, the GC is under any no obligation to assent to this
request if they don't formally proceed with a case -- i.e., he's
charged. Wouldn't the fact that he, and the rest of the suspended
riders, haven't attest that the evidence is presently not -- and may
never be -- concrete?
Contrary to his statement, vis the GC, Jan remains innocent; they
didn't suspend him, T-Mobile did. He should turn to his own team for
answers.
