Recieved my first case of Road Rash today. Was going down hill about 35 and a 60-70 pound dog runs out in front of me. I hit him dead center and went flying. Road rash all down my back side and a very nasty gash in the elbow(down to bone). I'm stitched up, a little sore, but luckily no permanent damage.
Just a reminder---- be careful!
