Replacing Ergo shift lever covers

Dear Kirby,

From Zinn's Ergo rebuild instructions for both old pointy and new
non-pointy:

"16. Check the mechanism. If it works smoothly, re-install the brake
lever, the bottom cap, and the rubber hood (engaging all of the hood's
nubs into holes, slots and protrusions in the lever body). It's easier
to pull the hood on over the levers from the front than from the base
of the lever body."
