    According to CN - but in what circumstances? I've read he "narrowly escaped a prison sentence" and
    "was freed on a technicality after his lawyer argued the offence of sporting fraud had been
    introduced after the offence took place."

    They probably figured the it wouldn't do any good to punish him now.

    He's finished. He's depressed. Would justice be served at this point? The man is lost.

    good. now he will remember it is a ROUND world. cant hide in a corner. what a loser. had to drug
    himself to feel like a winner for a short bit of his tiny life.... now he can go and actually do
    some good by starting a youth cycling without drugs center so they can actually see the results of
    using drugs....
