Does anyone know an M.sharratt (i think that's what it is) who lives in the
SN11 area (Swindon).
I found an old Raleigh dumped 12 speed - repainted red outside the back of
my house this morning.
I haven't had a close look but it has tubular rims with very flat vittoria
tubs and a rusty chain. the brakes are Raleigh weinman sidepulls and the
rubbers on the levers have seen better days.

the name is engraved onto the stem and post code onto the left crank
somewhat roughly.

The tale continues.
I found a Sharratt in the phonebook under SN11 and gave her a call. she then
gave me her husband M's number and I called him and it transpires that he
was once the owner and sold it on a good few years ago but it still has his
name engraved on the stem and wheels.... he doesn't want it back.
I tried ringing the police but get Ring tone NO reply from their service
desk.I'll try again later.

I'm in Swindon and the frame is a 56 cm c-to-c seat tube and top tube.
