WARNING: DO NOT BUT FROM NYCEWHEELS
Hello all,
WARNING: Whatever you do DO NOT BUY an electric bike from NYCEWHEELS in
New York City. FOUR YEARS ago, my wife and I bought to electric
recumbants from NYCEWHEELS for over $5000.00. They were LEMONS and have
never worked properly. We have had to pay thousands of extra dollars
trying to get them to work. After four years of begging NYCEWHEELS
(UNSUCCESSFULLY) to fix the bikes THEY sold us, we filed a complaint
with the Better Business Bureau. Still NYCEWHEELS has refused to fix
the bikes! In fact, today (four years later!) the owner called me on
the phone to tell me he is REFUSING To fix our bikes BECAUSE we filed a
complaint with the BBB. Is this not our right as consumers who have
been mistreated? Can he really hold this against us?
Why is NYCEWHEELS refusing to fix a bike they sold us?
They won't even help us find soemone else willing to fix the bike.
So... BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not buy anything fron NYCEWHEELS in NYC.
