Uploading PowerTap Data

I take that back. It uploaded 300 samples but only showed 40 seconds worth. Eh, what's up. X.x

What program are you using to download the data? What model/version/firmware of the PowerTap handlebar computer do you have?

Is this the first time you have downloaded on this PC or has it worked before until now?

It happened to me once.

It was a 'conflict' caused by the use of USB Serial port driver supplied by Saris on Powertap agent CD, and Windows XP.

Sometimes it would download ok, the next day it would partially download, then it would not download at all.

I solved it by using the software on a win 98 machine, but I think that Saris have an different, better adapted driver posted on their website. Just call the customer service.
