Ullrich is confirmed out, early to say but i believe Basso is in the same boat and although half of Vino's team is mentioned he is not! I am gutted to hear all this! 😠 :eek:

I think Birillo sounds alot like Bettini's nickname. Change the "G" to a "B" for Betini.

I thought Clasicomano Luigi is Bettini, because Luigi refers to an Italian rider and Bettini is a very good rider in classic one-day races. But it could be Di Luca as well. 🙄
To be fair most of the names on the list so far are Spanish, some riders of note such as Beloki and Paco Mancebo. Still, by naming Valverde in proximity to these allegations they've tarnished his name, proof or not

regard Mancebo as their investment in order to keep Valverde out, because it would have sounded very strange that all the Spanish top cyclists are innocent if you know that Spain is probably the word's leading doping country besides the US.
does anybody control what the Spanish police is doing? Or do they control each other there? 😄 This case is so important. The international anti doping agencies should send some people.
everybody knows how corrupt the police in southern European countries is.
Bit of a blanket statement that. There is corruption on a local level, for sure. Local big businessmen getting away with stuff etc., but you'll get that in most countries with local police. At a national level, on a high profile investigation like this with international attention, they're about as likely to be straight as in any other country.

Did you have some sort of Midnight Express experience in Spain??? ....kidding, but seriously, the Spanish police are accountable to the government, just like in any other democracy and any prosecutions would go through the judicial system, due process, fair hearing etc etc. Not sure why you're so keen to question the integrity of this investigation.
