  1. The couple who are buying my house came round bringing Lucy's parents.
Lucy's dad has pre-production Brompton no. 29 and is an old friend of
    Andrew Ritchie. Which was nice...

Where will you be keeping the bikes? Few properties offer a bike shed
    of similar quality?

Have looked at your shed, has distinct possibilities as purpose built
Dojo leaving space in workshops for bikes and greenhouse for wife.
life's problems solved. Can it be relocated to Aberdeen as No1 son -
only son in reality, wishes to go to uni there and a small croft may not
suffice for his friends to crash.

'snot a shed, 'tsa palace! 🙂

My own shed plans (something like no.3 on http://tinyurl.com/l3adq)
have been submitted to the financial controller and tentative planning
permission has been granted on condition I get the rest of the
renovations done first (like some sort of floor covering etc.) Last
night's renovations included, erm, upgrading the old 2 point telephone
wiring to a flood wired Cat5e installation. That's renovating, isn't
    it?
