I could have sworn that Soma switched from Reynolds to Tange for
tubesets this year: "This year Soma switches up to Tange Prestige
heat-treated CrMo." I can't see them doing that if the only thing
available is NOS.

The Tange stock that's still available (forks, BB, tube sets, etc.),
are they effectively all NOS?
