I have started Swimming again after a years break, and I'm slowly
getting back to my fitness level.
Just wondered if anyone has any breathing techniques that can help with
building up the lung muscles?
Any help appreciated.
Regards

I don't have any exercise technique for that, but I came to a
realization that it's not my lungs that's hindering me because i have
no problem with breast stroke at all. It's the way I breath. In a
25meter lap, there would be maybe 3 or 4 strokes that i felt completely
at ease, and some where i struggle, either i didn't exhale all the way
before inhaling or i'm doing some other stuff wrong...

[censored]! It just hit me! All these students don't want information: it's an
exercise to see how long they can bother people before someone tells 'em to
stuff it!
