much of an issue in men.
Quoted message said:I'm not arguing that some people don't add muscle easier than others.
I am simply arguing that everyone (even Asian women) have enough T to
see results with the lift and eat method of weight training.
I always whatch the World Weightlifting Championship. And yes, the Asian
women in the the lighter classes, who, besides beeing very appealing to me,
often have very well developed legs. But what you see on the platform are
the best of the best, the top .01%. And a lot them were suspended in recent
years. And some never get caught. Thats just the way it is, right or wrong.
And, like i said before, testosterone is not the only hormone with anabolic
properties, but these are not an issue in men.
Quoted message said:For those of us that can't go to the local pharmacy and purchase
anabolic hormones legally, lifting and eating is the best advice
around.
Hey, that is ALWAYS the best advice, i am not arguing about that.
When i trained at home at age 28-30, i got my weight up to 230, without the
use of steroids.
But there are many people who bust their balls for in the gym, and never
gain one single pound. Okay, perhaps 5 poundfs, but ithink thats not
weortwhile taken ito consiferation are those grueling intense sessions.
In that case, my advise is always to check your T-levels, no big deal.
Just as you check your blood pressure and cholesterol level.
Quoted message said:Quoted message said:Quoted message said:Sure, you'd do better with more T, and getting yourself checked is
probably a good idea, but it's beyond simplistic to state that some
folks lifting weights before you could check your T levels didn't
get bigger and stronger.
Quoted message said:Quoted message said:No.
If you want simplistic, read this;
Quoted message said:Quoted message said:"Classic formulas apply, modern bodybuilding tactics need not be
used - squat heavy, eat a lot, rest a lot - repeat." -- Steve
Freides
Quoted message said:Point out a single instance where that formula wouldn't add muscle
mass.
I can point out DOZENS of people.
Are you suggesting that squats will result in weight in ALL people ALL the
time?
Quoted message said:Once again, even an Asian woman would have some gains on that
model.
Yes, of course they can.
And for every Asian women that has succes, there are thousands who dont.
Quoted message said:Sure, she'd get better gains if she was taking piles of
steroids, injecting growth hormone, etc.
COME ON !!!
Do you think i was suggesting a [censored] of androgens and growth hormone
?!?!?!
I was reffering to having T-levels high within the *normal* range, which is
35-40 Nmol/liter.
Which is a lot better then 10-15, which is also considered "normal". Dont
take my word for it though. Ask the experts and they will confirm this.
Quoted message said:However, it's hard to argue
that she wouldn't show improvement with just the weights and the food.
She?
Frank is not a she, Frank is a he...
Quoted message said:Quoted message said:That was one of the best examples of simplism here the last several
months.
Quoted message said:No one is questioning the fact that modern science has given us
avenues that make body building much more efficient.
Jason, i am not saying that EVERYone should resort to taking testosterone.
But i strongly suggest a weekly injection of 250mg for a while when T-levels
are really low. After 6 months or so, the dosage can be lower if this has a
negative impact on health. In 99,99% though, this dosage wont.
