  1. I've been working out, for about 30 years, and have been on every
conceivable lifting program. Now, you would think, I have a great body, but
it ain't so. I'm 5' 9" and weigh 153 lbs. I look good for my age, but not
nearly as Large as I imagined I'd be, by this time in my life. In reading
all the statements, on this site, it looks like I need a host of chemicals
in my system. Any suggestions for a chemical clean dude?

You mean suggestions that doesnt include the suggestion of using certain
"chemicals", or do you mean any suggestion whatsoever as long as you gain
    weight?

  4. Eat more. Eat clean. Find out what your maintenance calories are and eat
500 calories above that per day.

If T-levels are low, go see your doctor.
Despite draconian steroid laws, a doctor can still prescribe T
replacement for those with abnormally low levels.

Pete, people got bigger and stronger _long_ before they could measure
their testosterone levels. Classic formulas apply, modern bodybuilding
tactics need not be used - squat heavy, eat a lot, rest a lot - repeat.

That's a stupid comment Steve. *Some* people got bigger and stronger. Those
who had hormonal balance. The others simply didn't get bigger and stronger.

NOT having them measured does NOT necasserally mean LOW testosterone, idiot!

It has been proven that when t-levels drop, so will muscle mass.
When T-levels are higher, muscle mass will increase. Ask your friends over

Even women add muscle mass lifting weights and eating. No matter how
low your testosterone levels are lifting weights and eating will make
you bigger. Sure, you'd do better with more T, and getting yourself
checked is probably a good idea, but it's beyond simplistic to state
that some folks lifting weights before you could check your T levels
didn't get bigger and stronger. They didn't improve as much as the
genetically gifted folks, but they got bigger and stronger all the
    same.

For males, i wouldnt bet on it.

Studies have shown that black women build muscle a lot easier then either

BTW, other hormones also have anabolic properties, but these are not much of

I'm not arguing that some people don't add muscle easier than others.
I am simply arguing that everyone (even Asian women) have enough T to
see results with the lift and eat method of weight training.

For those of us that can't go to the local pharmacy and purchase
anabolic hormones legally, lifting and eating is the best advice
    around.

Point out a single instance where that formula wouldn't add muscle
mass. Once again, even an Asian woman would have some gains on that
model. Sure, she'd get better gains if she was taking piles of
steroids, injecting growth hormone, etc. However, it's hard to argue
that she wouldn't show improvement with just the weights and the food.
