Hoodia, Green Tea, Chromium Piccolinate, Glutamine, any of these work for

Hey Lamont,
There are plenty of supplements that will work to accelerate weight
loss, but none of them (at least that are legal) are more effective
that proper nutrition and exercise. If you would like, I can work with
you on a nutrition and exercise program. I am an AFPA certified
nutritionist and my girl friend is an ACE certified personal trainer.
I'll put something basic together for you for free.As far as products that will help you loose fat quicker; I have found
Biotest HotRox and VPX Redline to be the most effective. I personal
prefer HotRox because it doesn't amp me out on stimulants, and it is
safe to take for as long as you wish. Most fat burners should be cycled
as then tend to a) loose effectiveness, or b) down regulate your
thryoid. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.

That's a very nice offer. Do you recommend any of these: Tonalin, Citrimax,
Hydroxycut, Relacore, Leptprin, Hoodia, Green Tea, Chromium Piccolinate,
Glutamine? -

take them on their word? Do your own homework and make your own

I don't recomend any of those products specifically for weight loss.
Chromium may be benneficial if you have insulin resitance / diabetes as
it helps reduce blood glucose levels. Green Tea is loaded with
powerful antioxidants, and has some caffeine in it which may reduce
appetite. The rest of them are bogus.Rufus Shue said:

suppression, nor for lipolysis.
