  1. Anyone ever try these out? I've had low testosterone for years and always
feel a lack of energy during workouts.

I might try one of these gels.. I saw one on google here -
    http://www.luckyvitamin.com/606821100808.html

but i cant see how putting this on your skin could be so effective..??

I might just go with a Tribulus Pill supplement instead.

    or any other recommendations ?

    Yes.

Diagnosed with blood lab test or because you "feel" it's low?

Not necessarily a sign of low T.

That is not a testosterone gel. It is a homeopathic mix of all kinds of
useless [censored]. Skip any website that would sell it.

Really? Transdermal fentanyl will knock you out. Transdermal ricin will
kill you. In other words, transdermal drugs CAN be very effective. Just
not the [censored] you found on the internet.

    Oy. Tribilus is useless.

Study a lot more before eating, injecting, or rubbing on, any more
    supplements.

Try Will Brink's site www.brinkzone.com which has links to various
articles on supplements and a link, if I remember correctly, to a book
    he wrote all about supplements.

  3. I went to Vitamin Shoppe today and they were pushing Tonalin (34.95 for 180
pills) as the new miracle pill for muscle recovery, bodybuilding, losing
    weight.

The chick who worked there said that was what she was taking (she weighed
about 95 pounds and was flat as a board and wiry with no trace of ever
    having stepped into a gym).

What is Tonalin, and do any of you recommend it?

huh? I've heard from many that this helps boost testosterone. Do others
feel the same that its "useless"?

Ah, that brings up a question: which is more useful in that
respect...tribilus or The Greatest Vitamin On Earth MLM scam? Hmmm...

    Serum creatine beats them both.

What does this have to do with testosterone gels? Tonalin = CLA, which
in high enough doses using the right isomers may help, but it's not
    magic.
