  1. I have discussed here on a number of occasions, the seemingly bizarre
increase in my weight over the course of an 'indulgent' weekend's
    wining and dining.

Over the past extended long weekend break, the third Bank Holiday in a
six week period, I managed without too much effort to break my own
personal best (PB) in weight increase.

Between my workout on Friday, and my workout on the following Tuesday
after the holiday, I managed to put on an incredible 10.14 lbs - Ugh!
    It was Tuesday! ;o(

We have had many explanations for this phenomena, which I have
euphemistically described as simply a "re-feed" to gain LBM prior to
reducing B/F %, but I suspect it is probably just bloat or fluid
retention as the direct result of my gluttonous excess, as it will all
    be gone again by Saturday!

However, to offset the unwelcome pounds, I had a great weekend - I
hope you all did too! ;o)

All I can say, Charles, is that appears you have been a little piggy -
unless of course most of the 10.14 lbs was muscle?
(Due to your long absence here, I am afraid that there were rumours that you
have run off with TBR - which I didn't believe for a moment!)

Sadly it was all wind and [censored], but beneath it all I remain the same
trim, taut and terrific lovable hunk that I have always been.

There is no truth in that rumour - we are just good friends! ;o)

Having said that, following my attempted 'reconciliation' with Bill
and the Group, he appears to have had something of an epiphany!! I
wonder what that was all about?

    Sssshhhhh...

See what I mean?? I wonder if that is a problem over in Niederlands with
male immaturity - maybe too many dykes?

As soon if we found out a male is immature, or gay for that matter, that
person will get a one way ticket to either Melbourne or San Fransisco.

And that is the prime reason you will not find any gays, or immature men, in
    The Netherlands.
